Future U Fair- Inspiring the next generation

It was great to welcome a range of local employers, further education and training providers back on site for our Future U Fair on 12th October 2022.

The event gave our Y8- Y13 students the opportunity to engage with the providers such as as:

• Northern Powergrid

• Micronclean

• University of Lincoln

• University of Sheffield

• NHS Lincolnshire Talent Academy

• DS Smith

• Wilkin & Chapman LLP

• Forrester Boyd

• Federation of Small Businesses

• Franklin College

• BGU

to find out about the skills, qualities and qualifications required for certain courses & opportunities.

It was great to hear from employers how engaging our students were and the feedback so far from our students is that they found it really informative and has made them look at career options they might not have considered before.
