New Learning Support Assistant
Salary: NJC pay point 6-9 (£20,773 to £21,784)

Job Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and adaptable Learning Support Assistant to join our established support staff team in a school where both student achievement and attitudes to learning are amongst the best in the region. We are a fantastic learning community, set in one of Lincolnshire’s most scenic areas.
The successful candidate will work within the student support team at King Edward’s (known as KESH) helping to ensure that the existing high-quality support, care and welfare of our students and their families continues.
The successful candidate will have exceptional communication, and problem-solving skills, and will provide administrative support and assist in establishing and maintaining high standards of achievement, behaviour, attendance, punctuality and welfare of students in Years 7 to 13.
The position will report to the Head Learning Support and Director of Student Intervention and will work closely with the Heads of Key Stages, Tutors, Subject Teachers, Deputy Head Pastoral and Inclusion and other members of KESH, to support students and their families. They will contribute to the safeguarding and promotion of the welfare and personal care of our students.
