New Operations and Business Manager


Salary: NJC pay point 40 - 43

Job type: 37 hours per week, Full time all year round.

Job Overview:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and adaptable Operations and Business Manager to join our established senior leadership team in a school where both student achievement and attitudes to learning are amongst the best in the region. We are a fantastic learning community, set in one of Lincolnshire’s most scenic areas.

We are looking for an exceptional Operations and Business Manager to provide professional strategic, business and operational support to the Headteacher.

The successful candidate will have exceptional organisational, communication, financial and problem-solving skills. They will possess a strong command of the English language and a proven track record in astute financial management. Whilst experience in a similar role may be an advantage, the ability to maintain very high professional standards, including confidentiality and discretion, are essential. Additionally, strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, leadership qualities and the ability to remain calm, self-assured and composed in all situations are crucial for success in this role.

The post is subject to an enhanced DBS and comply with Safer Recruitment guidance to promote and actively support the School’s responsibilities towards safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
