New Business Management Apprentice x 2


Salary: Actual Starting Salary: £11,480.00pa

Job type: 35 hours per week, Term time plus 15 days

Job Overview:

We are seeking two motivated and enthusiastic Business Management Apprentices to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start a career in either finance and business administration or business administration and recruitment whilst gaining valuable workplace experience and a Level 3 qualification through an approved apprenticeship programme.

The roles will support the finance department and recruitment function respectively. Both roles will support administrative tasks within the school whilst also providing a professional and welcoming reception service to visitors, students, and staff.

The successful candidates will have exceptional organisational and communication skills, with a strong command of the English language. The ability to maintain high professional standards, including confidentiality and discretion, are essential. Additionally, strong interpersonal skills, flexibility and the ability to remain calm, self-assured, and composed in all situations are crucial for success in this role.

The post is subject to an enhanced DBS and comply with Safer Recruitment guidance to promote and actively support the School’s responsibilities towards safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

All offers of employment are subject to the School receiving proof of identity, two satisfactory references, satisfactory health and enhanced DBS checks, a signed Code of Conduct, evidence of your relevant qualifications
